Wooden Acoustic Fire Door made from Superior quality ply & wooden batten with 12mm thick Non Combustion board at both side , processed with environmental friendly adhesive. The core of door shutter shall be filled with resin bonded glass wool conforming to IS:8193/ relevant International Standards (Twiga Insul -4000/50 mm or equivalent) of a minimum density of 64 kg/m3 and is 50 mm thick . Two no bulb type EPDM rubber gasket of size 20mm x 20mm shall be fixed at the bottom edge of door shutter to control noise leakage from gap.
Metal Acoustic Fire Door consist Door Shutter made with 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed formed to provide a 46mm thick fully flush double skin panel/door. Rock wool of minimum 64 kg/m3 density will be sandwich along with honey comb structure with reinforcement at top, bottom and stile surrounded. It also include provision for required/specific ironmongery and finished with zinc phosphate storing primer & powder coating.
